Farinha was born in June 2019 with the goal of bringing the taste of real Neapolitan pizza to Porto.

Why Pizza?

For us, this quintessential dish brings the whole family together and represents the authenticity of family culture.

We have three fundamental principles: good home cooking, service worthy of a great restaurant, and making our guests feel like family. With this warm atmosphere, we strive for one simple goal—our customers must feel at home with personalized service because we know that each person is unique.

Who are we ?

Above all, we are family.

Farinha restaurant is the story of our family of four. Two brothers, our sister, and our brother-in-law. We wanted to start a restaurant each with our own skills in different sectors of the industry. Us, the two brothers, are the face of the restaurant, our sister manages the business and suppliers, and her husband runs the kitchen.


On various trips to Portugal, we fell in love with the city of Porto.
In June 2019, we opened our restaurant on Rua Barbosa de Castro, and thanks to a warm welcome from the community, we are looking forward to including you in our growing Porto family.
